In glorious conditions 56 ladies contested the annual Russell Vale/Wollongong Challenge today. Scores not so good but Russell Vale did manage to defeat our neighbours by a considerable margin.
We won't boast too loudly as the return visit in September might put us to the test.

THE AGM WILL BE HELD IN THE CLUBHOUSE ON SUNDAY 22ND OCTOBER 2017 AT 11.30AM AND THE FOLLOWING WILL FORM PART OF THE AGENDA.
QUESTIONS REGARDING THE FINANCIAL REPORT NEED TO BE PUT IN WRITING, AND RECEIVED 7 DAYS PRIOR – 15TH OCTOBER 2017.
ALL QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED TO THE SECRETARY AND PLACED IN THE BOX NEXT TO THE BAR.
THE REASON FOR THIS PROCEDURE FOR THE AGM IS TO ALLOW OUR AUDITORS TO EFFECTIVELY ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS REGARDING THE FINANCIAL REPORT.

2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 31st Annual General Meeting of Russell Vale Golf & Social Club Ltd will be held in our clubhouse on Sunday 22nd October 2017 at 11.30am.
All nine (9) positions will become vacant and the Executive (President, Vice President & Treasurer) will be elected by the Board at the first meeting after the AGM. Nominations for the (9) positions on the Board of Directors will close at 5pm on 17th September 2017. Nominations for the Board of Directors will be placed on the notice boards on the 25th September 2017. Should more than (9) Nominations be received for the Board of Directors, voting days and hours are listed below.
NOMINATION FORMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CLUBHOUSE
Notices of Motion for the AGM must be moved and seconded by financial members and received by the Secretary no later than 5.00 pm Friday 29th September 2017. All Notices of Motion received will be placed on the notice boards on the 2nd October 2017.
